Which ones would you rather have on your car? What are the plus' and minus' of each?

Coilovers, If there were any that were good, and not to expensive. The adjustability would be great.

The spring rates are messed up. I was thinking of getting them, but I heard there was a lot of problems, like the car bonces aroung like cut stock springs.

The spring rates aren't that bad, they are a little high though. The reason they bounce is that everyone insists on slamming their cars. When slammed on GC's, the car is riding on the bumpstops, trust me, I checked. And every little bump you hit makes your car bounce like crazy. I used to drive around like that, then I raised my car 2" and the ride was fine. Still a little bouncy, but not much worse than say an Eibach/Tokico combo. Look at how many people here have GC's slammed on stock shocks. How can you possibly expect that to ride right? So in conclusion, the GC's are fine if you pair them with a decent shock like Koni's, do not get the Tokico's! Tok's suck. And don't drive around with the GC's on the lowest setting. Other than that, they are fine. I just installed a GC/AGX combo on my girlfriend's Integra, and I can only wish that someday my car will ride like that. It's almost like stock.
