HELP...Turbo Sensor?

I was at the Atlanta meet this weekend and I was looking at Micah's '95 GLE and noticed something strange about my car. Attached to the air intake I noticed a tab like piece that says "turbo sensor" is this specific to all models after 96 or what? Anyone with a 97 SE please post a photo of your engine compartment so that I may compare, thanks.
