How difficult is an Intelliglow Needle Install?

For those whom have performed this install, how difficult would you rate it? I am pretty well skilled with the electronics of the Max (done the LEDs, 194-cluster bulb changeout, etc...)

I've done it when i was doing indiglo install.
It looks like you're very much inclined on DIYs.
It's not hard, just take your time and be careful when you take out your needles. It's just time consuming job.
follow what instruction says and you'll be done within an hour

I did Not do all of the work, my friend wariow did it. You need to take out the red part. Using sand paper, I don't know the detail you need to ask him..
