leaky trunk on a 96

leaky trunk on a 96

who's got this problem or had it? my trunk is leaking like no other from the top. the cardboard is SOAKED along with the carpet on the passenger side. no clue what to do

Yup mine gets soaked all the time

You need to replace the seal around the trunk or atleast throw some silicone in there

i have this same problem. but i think mine is worse, my trunk carpet is soaked and somehow water leaks to where the donut is and theres a pool of water there. really confused.

fixed my leaky trunk, for anyone that has it, it's easy, just get some weatherstripping sealant and seal your weatherstripping around your trunk, plusmake sure you have sealant around your tail lights
