I tried looking at the stickies but i couldnt find anything about reaiming the fog lights. i think the previous owner of my car hit something cuz one of the fog lights shine up and it's really hard to take the plastic next to it out since it's jammed in to the bumper.

 

when your looking at the back of the fog light lens itself you will see a small bolt, this is tha aiming bolt. Make sure your looking at it as if your standing behind the foglight when its mounted to the car. As far as taking that plastic clip out... i used the handle of a wooden hammer and just hit it fairly hard(at the top) to get the plastic piece to unclip. Hold the end of the handle to the piece and just hit it with your hand a few times to make it pop out.

AIMING:
counter clockwise = up

clockwise = down
