E-Brake Light on and E-brake isn't

Just checking to see if anyone has seen anything like this. The e-brake light is on and the e-brake is down. Any suggestions on how to fix this or what the problem would be...

thanx

Your brake fluid is low

and its low because your pads are low...

No, its your brakes that are low... the fluid goes down because it has to compensate for the amount of pads that have worn down.
