Dash electronics question

I just recently put some rubber compound(kinda like silly putty) around the joints where the dash panels meet up with the dash. I had so much squeaking it was making me crazy, the compund did a great job silencing all unwanted dash noises, I highly recommend everyone with dash sqeaks to use this stuff.

Anyways, after putting everything back together, light weren't working on dash/guages. When I turn the headlights OFF, I can see the clock/digi-climate/radio displays but if I turn the headlights ON, everything but the clock display goes out. So basicly I don't have any lights on except for the clock.

I'm sure I disconnected something I wasn't supposed to, anyone with experience know exactly what I disconnected?
