if you want the poor lighting rice blue effect then either would be fine.

I have Piaa extreme white in both headlights and fogs; the fog ones are 55 watts and costed me $50, 1 of them broke after 3 months and don't have money to buy them again, so I put 1 stock and looks really ugly and yellow besides Piaa which is brighter (I removed) metal bulb cover inside the fog housing, it helped a little. However I hardly see light on the road from fogs as per only go about 15 feet "useless".
The ones on my headlights are the same but unfortunaly 9004 has only 45 watts and I paid $60 for them; they are better and way brighter than stock, I mean almost any aftermarket decent bulb is better than stock. The light is white and not blue at all. But because need more light on the road will do what lots of guys are doing when get some money: upgrading harness and convert to 9007 which regular bulbs are 55 watts and have better light patern, but will find out if can put 85 watts bulbs or higher without melting harness and blind oncoming traffic. I think Piaa has the 9007 55 and 85watts as well.
