The Best Short Shifter???

My friend just got his "new" 1999 MAXIMA SE, but stock shifter is killing him!!! So can you guys give me an advice in choosing a short shifter for him to save his life!

most people go with B&M and they are really happy with it. I love my pacesetter.
-it is adjustable
-and it is half the price

the only thing is that it is aluminum and it has held up but it makes gear change alitle rough sometimes.
