Bee's Flying Noise Generated from My Max

There is a problem from my 97 Max. It is also a common problem to old cars as I noticed. When I stop for a red light, there is a uhm,uhm,...noise from the engine. The uhm,uhm,... noise is in very high frequency, and it would cause the windshild and steering wheel to shake. The uhm,uhm,...noise sounds like a bee flying closed to your ear. Please let me know if you don't understand my question. Thank you for your help.

We're gonna need some more info than that... Is it a vibration? How loud is it? Can you specify more where it's coming from? Does it ONLY happen when you're stopped (or in neutral, if you're a 5spd)? What mods do you have or are you stock?

And when you say uhm, uhm noise it just makes me think you're s-s-studdering...

Yeah, it vibrates and comes with noise, especially after I drive for a while and stop for the red light. My Max is a 5-spd and stock. I couldn't locate where is the noise coming from under my hood since the engine also produces noise and sometimes it is fine. Maybe I should wait till it gets worse.
