So lets say im stopped and i just press in the clutch slowly and let it out ... well both ways I get this like grinding feeling it feels kina rough most of the extention. It grabs just fine when im driving but is that feeling bad or just something simple I can wait to fix?

I have those exact same symptoms....

a lot of guys on here do....we've all narrowed it down back in the day to a few things....for everyone it was different...for some it's air in the clutch system and needs to be bled....for other a slightly warped flywheel, others their y pipe vibrating, and even other said it was their tranny mount being old

I haven't personally replaced any of those things yet...so I don't know which one mine might be...it may even be a combination of things...

did you slip your clutch horribly lately or have a clutch changed recently?
