Misplaced Key - Help!!!

(Again, another question for my friend…)

She misplaced her key for her 1996 Maxima GXE and was wondering what has to be done in order to replace it. Does she need her VIN number to take to the Nissan Dealership or is there some other information she needs in order to get a new key made.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Im pretty sure all you need is the VIN and your ID. Then head to the stealership. As long as the car is in her name it shouldnt be a problem.
