ABS light on

In our first major snow storm in NYC, yesterday I was stuck on the snow so I back and forward while trying to parking (or skating) my car to my outdoor parking space, the ABS light came on, now it won't go away.
Can someone please tell me what to check or do.

there's probably snow stuck in or around the sensor... warm the car up and it'll probably turn off as the snow melts.

Thanks for responding, I just checked the fuses and they look fine, I also disconnect the battery for about 8 hours (hoping that the power to the computer will drain and the error will go away), but it did not help since as soon as I plug back the battery the ABS light came back.

Well, will wait, hope that it is some snow that is causing the problem.

Thanks

Have you driven the vehicle yet? When you hit 25 mph for the first time on dry pavement the lamp should turn off. Don't disconnect the battery it doesn't do anything but necessitate the reprogramming of the presets and the auto climate ctrl. When a wheel(s) slipped the computer lost the relationship of the 4 wheels so it disables ABS until it regains the relationship. That's what it's doing when you hear that clicking sound every time you move after first starting the motor.
