Plate frame

Theres only one problem with the body of my max. when i first got it, when i was switching plates on the rear bumper i noticed the two bottom screws were only holding the plate on. when i take the 2 bottom ones off i see that someone actually tore the 2 top holes off. (almost like there were bolts there before and they couldnt get em off so they tore the corners) so there isnt any holes up top its just torn. anyways, i want to get a frame for the plate but with my situation the plate and the frame will be tilted out. and i dont know if it will look good/right that way. any suggestions?? thanks -Jeff

You can use a lager washer and a speed clip with a bolt. So when you tighten the bolt it will pinch the plate between the washer and the small left over piece of the bumper. Or screw the plate with self tapping screws then use a plate frame to cover the screws.
