condensor?

condensor?
I am having problems starting my max. Its a 95 SE, I had issues with the starter grinding, and causing metal shavings on my crank shaft position sensors. Now I have them all cleaned off and one replaced (one on bellhousing) and the cam position sensor is good to go aswell. Now everything sounds fine. The car cranks over several times and won't start. Occasionally i can get it going if I stop and start the starting cycle over. I usually get it going this way, but my mom has the car right now b/c her junk is in need of work and she sits and floods the damn thing before it fires. REGARDLESS of how many times I tell her to not sit and crank on it for an hour she continues to do it. (sorry for the mini rant). The car generally starts right off when I put dry plugs in. I bought the NGK plats and put em in and I had NO problems for 2 days then gave it to her and it began issues again. So what it seems to me is that it is not getting enough spark. I had the coils tested and they are all good. I have correct fuel pressure. It acts like I'm not getting enough spark to ignite. The car runs great once its started. What I'm wondering if it may be the condensor that runs on the engine harness (driver side, all taped in) I know on older cars a condensor controls a good amount of spark. This seems small so I question whether or not its something that really does that much. But has anybody else experienced this problem? I am figuring its something small and probably stupid so I looked through the Haynes manual and that seems to be the only missing link before the ignition harness or PCM. ANY ideas out there. I do have EVAP codes and a O2 sensor malfunctioning. Will any of that harm starting? I don't think it should, but what do I know? Not much or i wouldn't be asking apparently. thanks for any help guys
