door panle removal

Im putting leds in my window switches and i have been reading up on the writeups and it did not state how to remove the door and was wondering if there was a easy way of doing it .... cuz i know on my girlfriends eclipse you just take a few skrews out and pop little plastic snaps so just wondering if theres a trick to it or not.

Thanks

^Really? They both pop out using the same procedure and both came out easily for me.
