different clutch feel

i had to replace the rear main seal a month ago and while i did it i went ahead and replaced the clutch too, it wasnt shot but i figured id do it while the whole thing was apart. with the old clutch it grabbed towards the top of the travel, and i had no problem doing smooth engagements at low rpms in traffic or whatever, keeping the engine around 1k. now with the new clutch it grabs really close to the bottom which is ok, but whenever i try to do a low rpm engagement the whole car vibrates and feels like its gonna stall. if i rev it up to like 1500 and slip it it engages fine no vibrations. is this just the new clutch breaking in or is there a problem with the clutch, was it somehow installed wrong?? its really aggrivating

you just need to get used to your new clutch. mine threw me off completely, and i stalled it twice but you get used to it with time.

That is because the clutch disc is thicker maybe?

mines stock all around and if i let it into 1st at idle it seems like there's a dead spot where it catches, slips then catches again and also vibrates. when i give it a tiny bit of gas to alot of gas its smooth and fine. it just took some getting used to i guess. i also am a bit new with mine but after getting used to the feel of how fast and where to let it out its realy comfortable

when I would just come off the clutch no gas, the car used to shake just a little nothing much at all, but lately vibrates like crazy if I'm just clutching no gas. I think its clutch disc related

I would suggest a bleed, it may not fix the problem but engagement was butter smooth after bleeding, I got out a lot of dirty oil, and realized how rough my engagement was before bleeding
