flushing radiator fluid

today I flushed my coolant in the radiaitor. However I forgot to open the valve heater core decribeed here because it didn't mention anything about it in the nissan manual. http://www.motorvate.ca/mvp.php/502
Is that bad?

not really, but it means you didn't get a majority of the fluid out of the coolant system

don't worry about it, drive around a week or so and then do it again then you'll get out more of the old

and if you're really crazy, do it a third time
