95 Maxima Belt Tensioner needed

Hi there,
i recently got my alternator replaced and the shop "lost" my belt tensioner, but claims that it wasnt there when they started.. I now need a tensioner, as each time i start the car, it squeels pretty badly and lasts for a few moments, depending on the time it was last started...
PLEASE let me know if anyone has a 95 maxima belt tensioner for the belt that is attached to the alternator and AC. or a place where I can buy one?? or something I can do to fix?
Thanks
Simon

The car wouldnt even run if the tensioner was missing. The belt wouldnt stay on.

what?

if your belt tensioner wasnt there, the mechanic that worked on your car should have told you that when he looked at the car to begin the work. so he could then inform you to have the tensioner done. i find that very strange.

if you belt tensioner wasnt there, there would have been no belt and your alternator really wouldnt have been charging anything.

go back and cause a ruckus. done leave untill they replace the belt tensioner they "lost" broke and give you atleast half the labour you paid for the alternator
