Bad Idle and loss of power...sometimes

Just like the title says, I get a bad idle and a loss of power sometimes. It usually happens after I have floored it or something like that or if the car has been running for awhile. Im hoping to do a tune-up on it this weekend. Also, there are no codes or anything.

Check
MAF sensor
Fuel filter & pressure regulator
Fuel injector failing
Catalytic converter - plugged? Bad smell after a WOT run?
