lost of speed, RPM jumping up and down

I been having this problem for a long time...i have try most of the things that cross my mind that would help fix it...but start again...

At any ramp ...once I get to it i feel and notice the lost of RPM and speed even thou i give a little more gas to keep speed while I'm going upwards...my RPM will jump from 3k to 4k and I get a lost of speed around 5-10 miles this is pretty scary cuz I'm always driving in the highway I dont want this to happened one of these days when one of those 18 wheelers are driving 70-80 miles behind me...
At straight roads...sometimes once I start moving as soon as i hit 2nd gear my RPM are jumping if I try to smash it it get worst seems like my clutch is not working properly... i got a misfire some where... injectors not working properly... not enought cold air caming in...I really need your help or I'm going to have to take it to the dealership...So guy please any tips of feedback is greatly appreciate it...

Your transmission is failing. If your a 5 speed, it could just be the clutch.

coil packs would be for the misfires... but i dont think that they would cause the horrible loss of speed.

My car would start jerking and the RPMs would jump up and down; i'd lose speed and have to pull over, then the car would die. Ended up being bad MAF sensor.

The first time it did this, I got a huge whiff of sulfer...
