seems to me that you have over $400 by you mentioning that 18's is an option. and by observation it doesnt seem that you care to much about horsepower wanting fogs and 18's that is. cai is for horse power and if you have stock exhaust then whats the point spending your money on cai for 5-10 horses? just go with the 18's it will be the most noticed item you get on the car for now

i agree with bignutts you should go with the rims if your not doing to much for power upgrades

man get the Y-pipe, it seriously the best mod you can do to start out. Doesn't make your car really any louder at all though.

Non-lowered maxima's with rims look aweful. Lowered maxima's on stock wheels still look ok, and will handle better. You could probably pull it off on the cheap with GR2's and H&R's or something for $400...or better struts if you can bump up the budget more than that.

I say go with the fogs, hacked airbox, and a factory style spoiler.

once you start doing performance mods, it is hard to stop. You might as well do the exterior first and then think about performance mods.

thats a wierd price range, a 70$ intake to a 150$ foglights to 18s which cost about $700++.

I say dont bother with the intake cause it doesn do anything as for hp, just makes noise. If you want HP gains, get a y-pipe.

If not do some exterior mods.
