Hi,
I'm new here without searching privlidges so forgive me if this is covered already. My wife's '95 GXE quits sporadically (once every five or six outings). It seems to happen during deaccelleration, at corners or coming to stop signs. It will restart without difficulty and drives fine after that. It's not driven much, maybe three times a week now. It has almost 100K miles and was just tuned up. The problem existed before the tune-up too. One thing I'm wondering about is wires. I don't remember them ever being replaced. Outside of this problem the car runs great. Any suggestions? TIA

 

Does the OD off light or check engine light come on? It could be a coil pack issue if it doesn't involve the OD light.
