Is it the Springs or Struts...
When I have all 4 passengers riding and I drive over a bump, the rear goes, clunk clunk clunk.
I think I'm bottoming out and it's my b-pipe hitting the stablizer bar which is going clunk.
To minimize the level of clunkiness, do I..
(A) Replace struts
or
(B) Replace springs
or
(C) Go back to stock.
BTW, how do you know if you need new struts??

Climb under the car and start moving parts around. If your b-pipe is rattling around, take that to a muffler shop and have them fix that problem.
Are you using stock struts with lowering springs?
if so, just pick up a set the the rear shock mounts that are being sold in the group deal section.heres the link...

New struts=== check for black oil all over the assembly where the shock piston meets the outer assembly. Hope that helps.

If you have the Stillen (or a knock off) stabalizer bar, then it's the clamps on the trailing arms hitting the floor. Personally I think the clamps are a poor design for the most expensive stabalizer bar out there. Move the clamps further twards the rear of the car (twards the beam) and they wount hit the floor so much.

I've got KYB's...or AGX... Cant' remember.......... poopy.
I should have clarified myself better.
Actually, I'm more concerned about the bumpiness of the ride, and not so much the clunk. It seems with more weight in the rear, the ride gets exponetially bumpier and the rear keeps bouncing up and downish...
I'll check to see if my struts are blowing out...

My rear is pretty high as i'm on Sprints (uncut) so even with a ton of stuff in the rear it still doesn't bottom out that much. Maybe your rear struts are blown if you've tried moving around your b-pipe and if it's not your RSB. Either way, with lowering springs and the more weight you put in the car, the bumpier the ride will become, there's no way around it, unless you get a real coilover suspension so that you can maintain a good amount of suspension travel. What springs are you on? If you constantly drive with lots of people in the car, you might want to try different springs.

sounds to me like you have blown rear shocks.
And you probubly dnt have neither agx or kyb, cause they wouldn't do that.
I had maxspeeds with kyb gr-2s and i ran sprints with gr-2s for 6 months till i sold the car. No bouncing at al.
