Now I know the majority of everyone on this forum is about performance and not about looks. I'm about both. Here's the situation:

About half a year ago I bought the car off of my uncle's friend for like 600 bucks and some labor that brought it up 1,000 ... I have like 145k miles on it. I'm in school right now and I'm gettin 1,000 bucks back from scholarships and what not.. What should I spend it on?! So far I just did needed work on the car. New tires, rear struts, brakes. This week im puttin the car in the shop to fix the undercarriage (loose, rattles) and possibly a tirod end in the right front (hear clicking whenever i turn)... so after that comes out then it's all goooooooooood.. So please, any suggestions (also on the tirod end, is it that?) ... thanks guys

if you hear clicking while turning is probably either your ball joints or your CV joints, CV joints ~$800 installed, ball joints ~$700 installed. Either way its not a cheap repair. I had a stealership replace my CV joints, and now I think my ball joints are going out (will find out tomorrow), though I think I'll tackle those myself.
