Anyone know if teh keyfobs from a 5th gen can be used on a fourth gen? I got three with my 2002 , and I really dont use one of them, I'm too lazy at the moment to go try this, but since the programming method is the same i figured i's ask here

nope, you need one from a 4th gen or 97-99 I30...it's the only way.
