is that fuel sys rich, bank 1? Just for reference, it's aka P0175. Bank 1 is left bank (front of engine bay).
problem:
1) fuel injection system not operating properly
2) amount of mixture ratio compensation too large
Things to check:
1) front heated o2 sensor (left bank)
2) injectors (left bank)
3) exhaust gas leaks
4) incorrect fuel pressure
5) mass air flow sensor
Ok, before you do anything (the above was just for your info), do the following steps to be sure it's a 0209
1) Unplug the MAF sensor harness
2) start engine and idle at least 3 sec
3) Stop engine, reconnect MAF sensor harness
4) Turn ignition switch "on" (don't start engine)
5) Turn ECU screw full clockwise, then counterclockwise. You should get 0102.
6) Turn ECU screw full clockwise, then counterclockwise again to erase codes. Turn off ignition
7) Check to see if codes are cleared. Turn ignition on, turn screw clock, counterclock, get 0505 code (which's codes cleared). turn ignition off.
8) Start engine again, idle for 10min. SES light should come on, check to see if it's 0209 again.
9) If it's difficult to start engine at step 8, the fuel injection system also has a malfunction.
If the engine doesn't start, remove ignition plugs and check them.
Post your findings, and I'll step you through the next parts.

well this is what happened....i was in brooklyn i decieded to buy gas.... the car run really good that night (i drove about 50 miles) ..in the morning i drove 3 miles to work....i think i left the lights on for about 3hours.....ok i got a boost....ten minutes later the car shuts off on me at the light...i restarted the car and when it started the rpm normally goes up and then drops down....but the rpm just droped really quick...i was able to maintain a high rpm, to drive to the closest gas station....the guy said it might be bad gas so he told me to buy..something like for 1.50 and it cleanout the gas...after that the car ran normally......i normally have a 0705 code but something told me to see it i get another code....so thats how i got my 0209 code...and the 0705 code came on when i cleaned the throttle body about 4 months ago.... the engine starts with no problem even in the cold weather.
