I say wait till may 13th unless it is necessary that you drive. It would suck in the begining but you would have it for the summer months.

I dont undestand the second part of your statement you can have them extend it I'm assuming that means you'll be allowed to drive till school is out??

I'd not drive so you can get your liscence back in time for summer, that would suck to have to go all summer with no car, unless all you friends have cars and you guys car pool alot.

if you dont mind me asking how did you lose it?

That's what friends are for... to cart your dumb *** around... sorry to hear you lost your license, but I'm sure you lost it for good reasons (legally speaking). A friend of mine lost his twice, and had it suspended a few times for driving without his license... don't risk it, just get a friend or girlfriend (if you're lucky enough to have one) to tote you around town...

yep. just don't drive till summer. it's much easier when you are in high school to get rides and junk than it is in college.

I'd expect it would be easier in college... I mean where the hell do you really need to go? Unless you don't live close to campus... =(

Sorry to break this to you.... but your an idiot if you even consider driving it and "taking" a longer suspension.. so during the summer your gonna stay at home playing with yourself and not going out?

If you do get caught, I hope they suspend it till your 21

Losing your licence is bad news. I had a friend lose his and i had to cart him around everywhere. After a while, he got sick of it and just started driving again and fortunatly he never got caught. He drove for a year and never got in trouble, if you do chose to drive be careful and don't attract attention. Oh yeh and my friend had a DUI. what a idiot.....

Did you have other tickets recently. I am still trying to understand why the puller your license for something so seemingly minor. Like everyone said, you get it back at a good time at least.
