FSM clutch adjustment..?
#5
thanks Dave, that's what I was looking for... I have about two inches of free travel before I "feel" the clutch begin to disengage. The way the FSM describes I should only push in 1- 3mm before the clutch begins to become active. Does this jive with what you or others have for normal clutch operation? I have all the free travel at the top of the clutch pedal operation but then the clutch grabs the second I begin to lift my foot from the floor. The clutch was replaced by the stealership around 30K ago and that's how they set it up.
Tango for posting the scan. Someone elsewhere replied with "..its all about personal preference. Thats mainly why they're adjustable". Not especially help like your scan from the technical manual.
