If you are trying to get rid of the 4x4 look but want good ride/driveablity........H&R

If you want performance and don,t mind a little stiffness......Eibach.

So you are saying that if you get Eibachs, the car still looks like a 4x4 ?

No. I should have mentioned it earlier. If not mistaken both H&R/Eibach look almost the same (anyone jump in on this one) but the H&R will have the more comfortable ride of the two.

The tokico Eibach set up

rides better over the small stuff than my stock SE set up does. Probably because of the quicker spring rebound. But hit a large pothole and you know. Flipside - cornering is vastly improved. Although I have not riden or driven an H&R setup I can imagine that it is just as good but when pushed hard at the limit it does not have quite the edge that the Eibach set up does. But how often do you drive at the absolute limit. I think I will be inclined to upgrade to the Koni H&R setup.
Makes for a slightly better daily driver and still vastly improves the handling over stock. If I want to totally trick out a car into a racer I think I'll choose a civic or an integra of some sort. But for the max I'll take a little luxury/sport and still have a super sweet ride.

Actually Tirerack.com did a test of Eibach vs. H&R...and found the H&Rs to be a nose better at the limits..but a little bit more harsh than the Eibachs. Just something to consider....I'm going the H&R, tokico route.

How much?

What's the cheapest I can get H&R and Tokikos for?
What's the ride quality vs. stock SE?

try shox.com, they seem to have really good prices...you have to get a quote from them though.

I have had Eibachs before and they were harsher than my H&R's. Although, I think the Eibachs performed a little better. I am one to care about the ride so I like the H&R's better.

H&Rs and Koni

If you want comfort and performance at the same time then H&R/Koni setup is the best.

I like my H&R's...the guy I bought from had both and he recommended the H&R's...I have had no complaints so far but will swap struts out probably before the years end.
