I want to know what is the best companys and modifications for a 5speed se??? Money is not an option....With NOS, SC, whatever...A street racing Maxima all out??? Legit responses please...Not no impossible mod responses....

 

stillen would be ur one stop shop for modifying ur max....but prices from them is a little steep....better to go shop around....

 

If money is not an option, you're out of luck, all mods cost something, last time I checked.

If money is no object, go to a shop that fabricates turbos and get them to custom build you one. It's the best way to go if want an "all out" maxima. Then go to JWT for a custom ECU with the NOS program pre-burned chip...then head down to your local speed shop and pick up a 100 shot of NOS. This will pretty much assure you of having one of the quickest cars around...and definitely one of the fastest maxes ever built. Besides the NOS, ECU and Supercharger...there's all the regular bolt-ons.

If money is no object, I definately would not be using a Maxima as a mod car.

You could get the maxima engine to high hp levels but why? You could get probably 350hp but why? No matter how much money you throw at it, it's still a FWD car. That limits the car's potential.

The maxima does alot of things well, but when you say "money is not an object", then your best move is to look for a sports car that's RWD or AWD to begin with.

All Maxima for this one...It's more of an experimental thing...If you know what I mean...I'll be getting a Eclipse GSX...GTI...and later a M3...It's all for fun...So what specificly do you suggest???

 

If money is no object, go buy another car so you can get to work. Then again...if you all that money. You probably don't have to work. LOL Pull the engine and build it with the best parts. I guess JWT should be good for this. Bore it out to a 3.2 or more if that's possible. Spec it to run with a turbo and nitrous. Port and polished the heads by DPR. Slap a huge turbo for top end power and 100shot until the turbo spools up. Get LSD and drag slicks because you will need traction. Get some heavy duty half shafts because once you get traction things are going to break. Have plenty of spare tranny just incase you break them. A roll cage would be nice since you are shooting for 10s. Hire a full time mechanic because you will need him to work on the car 8 hours a day.
