Timing Chain Tensioner replaced...

So, I had my timing chain tensioner and guides replaced along with the water pump. Get the car put back together and the motor turns over but won't start. Anyone got any ideas as to what it might be? Gotta track meet to go to this Sunday and would like to better my time on Nitrous.

Mmmm, not much ideas about you problem but why did you replace the tensioner. Isn't tensioner supposed to last as long as engine itself. How many miles you had. How much work is involved in replacing those?

If the motor ran before you installed the guides, It sounds like the cams aren't lined up. You can run a compression check on the cylinder to see it the chain is off by one tooth on a cam. Were really gonna need a bit more info to help you reslove this. Is there fuel pressure, Spark, Injection pluse?
