first timer!!!

first timer!!!

i took my max to the track for the first time saturday.i ran a best of 15.810 @89.15 mph.i thought it might do better.i have a cai,y-pipe,and done the drop-rsis. thing.i need more power.

oh ya its a auto with 17's with 225 45 17 neo gen's

Those wheels aren't helping, what were your 60's etc? Check your ECU for any codes, most common and most significant power robber is the 0304, knock sensor.

got a new k/s my 60 foot ran about 2.4 maybe i need some more lite time what do you think i should run?its strong when it gets to 3200 rpms and up.

yea the rims definately wont help. for the hell of it, if you plan on going back, id try it with the stock intake it you still have it. i had the y-pipe and exhaust done, and the cai definatley slowed me down when i put it on. it stole alot from my bottom end. never ran 1/4 at a track to check times, but light to light running against a friends car, instead of pulling away from right from the green like i use to, i had to chase him down, and barely passed him at the end..
