You are correct.

He needs to lower it more...then again, according to you, my tein basic drop isn't low enough either....

by saying "dumped" i was hoping not to see your max trashed on the side of the highway

its dumped compared to being able to stick your whole hand in there. gonna tuck the wheels once the snow stops coming down.

I've got Basics too. The install was pretty straight-forward for me. The only thing that got me was getting the old rear strut parts apart since you have to reuse some stock parts. Also, the holes for the lower strut mount in the front have to be drilled out slightly bigger to fit the bolts through; I don't know why, but that's the way they are.

install wasnt that bad, but then again i had a lift and airtools. only thing i did different from everyone else was i removed the back seat to get to the rear mounts. i didnt feel like moving subs and amps around. but an advantage with taking out the backseat is you get more leverage from working through the backseat vs laying inside the trunk. drilling out the front was kinda gay. used ingall fastcam bolts in the front and camber looks straight. oh and how much? i got it at dealer cost.

Personally I have the S-Techs, but any drop from stock is sweet... I just hate that stock wheel gap.
