Springs And Shokcs Combo
You have a few choices on springs
Eibach
H&R
Progress
Suspension Techniques
Intrax
Sprint
Apex
and so on depends on what ride, drop, and performance you want
Shock/struts you have
Tokico
KYB
Koni(but the front struts are not a direct bolt on)
Consensous on this board is Koni's are the best option with lowered springs

I think eibachs and konis are the best combo... moreover you do have to option of adjusting the stiffness of the shocks with the konis. As for prices, you might want to check out shox.com or the group buy pages here on maxima.org

I say get the Koni shocks and struts. As for springs it depends. The Eibach Pro-Kit is stiff but the car from what i have seen looks still stock height, same thing with the H&R they drop the car but not low enough. I myself will either go with the Intrax or Sprint springs because they give the Maxima a more aggrasive drop. So for the springs it depends on how low of a drop you want, but for the shock/struts if you have the money to spend get the koni's, tokico's are also good choice to.
Re: H&R and Koni
Here are some picture of maximas with suspension. They aren't all Maximas, but there are about 4 Maximas:

I got H&R springs
I got H&R springs on my 99 max, but with stock shocks...
i won't suggest u to get H&R though... it's sure that they r cheap, and lower and stiffer than the stock ones, but not stiff enough...
ST has the best lowering ratio... and it's stiff enough...
