Loose connector in engine bay?

as i was working on my axle, i noticed a small about 1/4inch loose plug dangling on the left side of the tranny bay. anyone have any idea what it is? i haven't been able to research it yet.

I appreciate all the help as always.

Hey Vlad. I'm home sick 2nd day already. If you do not figure that switch out. I can drive up to your place and we will see if my car has same switch and where it goes.
