Survey: When did you start experiencing significant problems with your max?

My wife has a 96 SE with about 118k miles (highway) on it - regularly maintained. So far, almost no problems.
I'm curious to know when any of you with high mileage maxes might have started to have more problems. I'm thinking major problems - a/c, engine, tranny, etc.
I know this is less than scientific but I'm curious to know what might go and when.
