SuperFlo Y-pipe exhaust clip.....

BEFORE YOU CLICK ON THIS - please wait until Ceasar (the chariot) and Zeus respond. this site only allows a certain number of downloads and i had some questions for them so they need to hear it. thanks guys. this is in somewhat heavy traffic so i couldnt really get on it but what im trying to point out is the rasp at the top of first gear - youll have to listen closely (sorry its a digital camera - ill try to get a better one up soon) and i had no camera man.

http://s31.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=3...J29DUTVOZI52GH

this is with a HAI and the WSP Superflo Y-pipe w/ stock catback

Ceasar - promised id put one up so here it is

Zeus - what do you think - comparisons?

ok free game guys thnks for waiting. ceasar ill send it to you if you want.

lemme know what you think about the last second or two of first gear. the rasp is a little more distuingishable in real life, but thats the general idea. How does it compare to anyone whos got the superflo or other? thanks

Good luck! I know ur running out of patience with that thing, but give it time, and you will figure it out. Still think it sounds good though, despite your high rpm rasp.

the rasp dosnt sound that bad imo. I could live with it. I know its not the greatest quality example and im not sitting in the car, but from what I heard its bareable.

its not THAT bad, but i guess its probably pretty annoying to you (everything is worse when its yours) but im gonna have to stick with a standard issue y pipe, i dont trust new things....

Okay how long have you had it on? How many miles have you driven on it? My budget sounded somewhat like that when I first got it, but after a while the sound went away. I think if you let it break in a bit, the sound might go away.

i just got it a week ago - im trying to figure out if its worth asking them to send me another one. they had no problem with and i figured why not - if it is a bad pipe then ill get a new one and if not ill know for sure that thats the way it sounds

it sounds nice... if u said u have the stock catback exhaust than that probably explains the rasp at high rpm's from the pressure build up. mine did the same thing but once i took off the stock exhaust it sounded nice.

i love the low end - it makes my HAI growl and sounds nice and smooth. Its just those high RPMs in first and second that makes it almost sound ricey. Like nismos14 mentioned - it might go away w/ break in. I think i might just get a new tho - what have i go to lose?

how does it compare to any of you guys that have just Y-pipes (original style) and intakes in terms of sound. im just trying to gauge if this is as quiet as its supposed to be.

I really think it sounds about right. Get the new pipe anyways and go ahead and put it in. Maybe there really is something wrong that none of us can notice, or it just needs to break in well, and once it does the problem will be resolved. Either way good luck with it all

Oh and it sounds just like mine did when i first got it and i had an intake at the time too
