I'm in the middle of installing the Progress coilovers and I'm come across a hitch. The stock strut thread is notched allowing the black rubber strut mount plate to fit over it and lock in place, where as the progress thread is not notched, totally circular, and will not fit through the black factory rubber strut mount plate. I'm totally stumped. I've already used the silcon adhesive on the factory bearing and attached it the the new perch ,and I don't feel like undoing my work and putting the factory strut/spring back together and then back in to the car....

Anyone else have these installed? Please . Thanks.
