Corner Lights

What bulbs are in the corner lights that are right next to the headlights. I am replacing them with hyper-whites. Thanks Richard

1157's but they only use the 8w fillament, you have to look at the stickies to see how to modify the bulb to make it use the 17w (?) filament instead .. basically you use nailclippers or something similar and snip off the upper nub on the 1157 bulb and cover it with electrical tape (to make a snug fit and cover that electrical connection) and put the bulb in "backwards" so that the lower nub sits in the upper track for the nubs in the socket .. it's spring loaded so it still works and the tape keeps it in place nice and snug.

Don't bother with hyperwhites, they always look gay blue .. goto autozone and get some $2 orange bulbs and do this little manipulation, any color headlights + orange sides looks way better then hypergays.

My polargs look pretty damn white. In some cases, doing the corner mod has melted the corners.

i stuck with the all clear bulbs up front. The upper and lower parking lights match 100%, they look good against my Purple HID's and cops never bother me about them
