car stolen
um....you'll never see your car again?
the worst that can happen is that they'll total it and strip the good parts and leave it in an alley, and you'll have to pay for towing costs, and repair costs, if you keep the car....i'd say always get at least comprehensive, so at least you're covered with theft.

If a thief wants your car it doesn't matter what type pf alarm you have, unless you hear your siren or your pager pages you and you react, an alarm is worthless. Factory alarm?? A car thief wouldn't be a car thief if he didn't know how to bypass it. I'm just saying if a thief really wants your car they will get it, even with gps alarms theives just throw a lead blanket on it to disrupt the signal. Some thieves even use flatbed tow trucks to steal vehicles!!! And word to the wise for all maximas in NY ;foreign cars are stolen almost more than anything else, if you don't have an alarm get one and keep on eye on your rides.
Where did it get stolen in Brooklyn? Color? Plate No.? We can keep a look out on your car. Sorry to hear about that. I have liability too.
How much of a difference between liability and comprehensive coverage? What area do comprehensive coverage cover that liability don't?

Don't the chipped keys make it damn near impossible to steal a 99+ max? I have no clue how you would start the car w/o the key, any part time car thieves want to enlighten me?

Dam that suxs big time. My wifes 89 honda civic was stolen about 6 months ago. The a55h0le who stole it was just using it as his personal ride for about 3 weeks. One day he forgot to switch sides and the cops ran the plates. We got it back with just a broken ingition. Just before it was stolen I told my wife it would be stolen
(bad vibes), she says who would steal a 89' civic with 250k miles on it.
Good luck I hope you get your ride back.

WOW, my max is completely stock on the outside and inside . It even have the orange bumper lights and scratch mark all over to fend of predators. I'll keep a lookout for your max. Good luck..
from what i understand, liability doesnt cover the car if its stolen. that tru? hope u get ur car back.
my uncles car was stolen this past summer in chicago. he found it 2days later, parked next block over w/ the ignition column broken. cops said that theyve seen it happen that the person steals it, does some drug deals in it, then returns it. maybe ur car is now a drug car.

Glad you got it back! I think you are very lucky that you got it back how you did! Unfortunately, it will still be very expensive to get it back to what it once was. You are probably looking at spending at least $2k in replacement/repair costs. I would reconsider your insurance coverage options now that you know what can happen. Good luck!
Praiseallujah!! That's good news. Good luck on getting it back to normal. Word to the wise, get an alarm ,preferrably one with a pager since you're in Crooklyn (former Bronx resident here ) and keep an eye on it. See if the alarm place will put the "starter kill relay" on the fuel pump circuit, that might help the car stay put in attempt of theft.
i had my 92 stanza stolen and got it back after a week. I tell you...knowing that some lunatic drove the **** outta my car..she felt used....gosh....its like someone raped your car...sucks...good luck though man...glad you got it back atleast.
