Steering wheel doesn't center sometimes after a turn

I just put my summer wheels on and had them balanced. I've noticed since then that the steering wheel sometimes doesn't center correctly after making both a left or a right turn. Also it turns right or left a little if I'm going straight and hit a bump and kind of sticks there. I just had an alignment about 2 months ago also and the tire pressure is fine.

From what you state it sounds like your steering rack is binding up. You might need to replace the steering rack.

Loose suspension components.

Check the tie rod ends, both inner and outter.
Check the upper strut mounts.
Check the lower ball joint
Check the lower control arm bushings.
