I wonder, if I remove the trunk key hole, what is the procedure thereafter? Does the body shop have to paint the entire trunk? ...Or only the area where the key hole was?

Also, is there a "do it yourself" on this? I imagine there is not since it most likely ought to be done by a professional body shop.

Finally, what is the price range of something like this? What material do they pack in place of the key hole?
