Odd turn signal behaviour!!

When I signal to the right, the turn signal indicator flashes at double the speed and when it does, the FRONT RIGHT light doesn't blink, but the Back right light does but it blinks faster than normal. I turn on the left turn signal and it works properly, it blinks at the normal speed and both front and rear lights blink. I'm thinking maybe the front light bulb needs to be changed, but when I lock the doors with the key FOB, both front turn signal lights blink twice like it normally should so I'm a little confused

The front light not blinking is causing your turn signal to blink faster. Along with the fuse, check the relay.

It's blinking quickly because your bulb is blown. Thats what it does.

Change your frickin bulb. I don't see what posting here could tell you.

No joke. The post is on the level of "My right front tire is not as high as the rest. What do I do?" :attention

Sometimes people post things just to post things. It makes absolutely no sense.

And then people said to go check fuses and relays....

Because his lights still flashes when he hits the alarm. That indicates that the bulb still works, and its a single filament bulb so why replace it when its functioning?

Signal light and alarm light share a 1156 bulb. If it flickers for the alarm, then its a working bulb. Unless 97-99's are different?
