Clutch Noise
When is push the clutch in slowly it makes a weird noise. It sounds like a spring being realesed but not a good noise. What do you think it is? Only when I push it in slow. Sone told me it would have to do with the linkage? I have no idea?

it's probably your pressure plate. the only reason you hear it when you do it slow is because it's not as smooth of an action. kind of along the premise of having a squeaky door. if you open it slow, it's sqeaks alot, if you open it faster the squeak subsides. basically when you press the clutch in slow like that the T/O bearing is putting pressure on the fingers (which happen to be springs), of the pressure plate, and because it's being pressed in slowly, you're going to hear the tension in the springs building. i think what you hear is fairly normal, my car does it as well, and i have no drivetrain problems.

i wouldn't worry about it. and to make it go away you have two options in my opinion. i think you'll like the second one. A) replace your pressure plate or B) push the clutch in faster. like i said, i have no problems with mine, and it does the same thing, but i never push my clutch in that slow, so i never hear it.

Could be the assist spring (connected to the clutch pedal). Or it could be your driver's seat creaking as you press the pedal down and push against the seat-back.
Get your head down there to determine where the sound is actually coming from. Have a friend depress the pedal while you listen in the engine bay (w/engine off) for noises.
