I got a O2 sensor code yesterday. It stated Bank 2 sensor 1. I'm not sure which O2 sensor this is. I think it's either the left or right one on the y pipe, but I'm not sure, so I hoping someone here knows. Help me out!!

 

I am pretty sure bank 2 is rear ypipe o2 sensor.

 

correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't there one O2 sensor on each of the y-pipe( the pre-cats) and then there is one further downstream.

 

can anyony give a direct answer to this.

 

95-98 and 99fed spec have 3 o2's. 2 on ypipe. And one on the cat, or after the car. Bank 2, I am pretty sure, is the rear header to ypipe.
