need your guys help

what do u think aobut this maxima? Provided it checks out when I have a mechanic look at it for me. DO think its a good deal? Already got a carfax on it...

I would say that's about the going rate for a 97...(at a dealer) but it does have a lot of miles but if it doesn't have any defects, go for it.

well, im going to call him tonite and prehaps go see it on friday. See if it checks out then take it to a mechanic i know and then try to get him to like 4500.
