Regular engine enamel black from duplicolor and a few coats of clear...

Masking those letters was a *****, and it still didnt come out PERFECT.. took about an hour.

a tip my friend told me if you dont want the letters to come out painted, he said rub a thin layer of petroleum jelly on the letters and u can just spray away, he said the paint wont penetrate it and you can just whipe it off when everything is done.

i personally havent tried it tho, but i guess it works cause his engine cover looks nice.
