Locked the trunk by mistake??? How do I open it???

I decided to do some snooping around in the trunk when I saw a lever near the hook in the trunk... My key wouldnt turn in the lock so I though this was a device that kept the key from turning... (Stupid me...) Well I clicked it and closed the trunk, now the trunk release button wont open the trunk, nor would the key... What did I do? And how do I get into my trunk? I tried the arm rest hole, but I have a sub box covering it...

Help!!!

Looks like you may have to remove the seats, pull out the sub box from behind, and reach in there by hand. Did you try the remote?

I did this by accident as well. Use a long broom stick through the armrest passthrough to flip up the switch. Here's some pics of what the switch looks like from my cardomain.

i know with my car and my 3 12" jl w3v2 the bass makes the trunk not open my key will fit in and turn but it doesnt pop the lock. SO i have to push down on the trunk below the spoiler and it should click into place then u can use the key to open it.
