Is this a good deal?

I was looking at this maxima and i was wondering if you guys thought it was a good deal. It is a 99 se-l. I like the fact that it is a limited and he just put new rims on there that he is including in the price. He is selling it for 7k. The one bad thing is it has 120k. Do you guys think that is a good deal?
Thanks

sounds like a good deal for a 99, what about the condition and options, make sure to have car completely checked out by a mechanic.

I'm not sure about prices in your neck of the woods. The price does seem reasonable, but its high mileage for a 99. I would prefer a 1997 or 1998 that hasn't been winter driven much, with more like 75 or 80K on it. I'm at the other extreme with a 95SE with less than 58K on it.

Personally I wouldn't buy a car with 120K on it, particularly in your region.

I am looking at a 99 SE with 121k on the ODO. They are asking $7999 for it. I thought it was a bit much. Front and rear bumper are nicked and there is a quarter size paint chip behind the rear passenger door. There is signs of a little rust starting there. This one is a five speed and the interior is perfect. The only reason I am going to go there is to see if they will do a swap for my 97 pathfinder. There are quite a few 97-99 around me with much less miles for the same price. Let us know how everything works out.
